Sustainable** - made using a vintage container that can easily be re-used (if you recycle it back to use we will send you a voucher for your next order - see our info page for more details) and sustainable, eco friendly agrawool plastic-free flower foam. We use whichever flowers are seasonal at the time to cut down our carbon footprint - often they have travelled under 10 miles from our local flower grower!

** Most florists use masses of plastic in containers, plastic wrappings and plastic based floral foam every day and then it is simply dumped into landfill . We believe this is hurting our planet, due to the microplastics it releases into our water system which are harming aquatic life. We also think it is not necessary. We use containers found in charity shops for these funeral posies as we believe this has three benefits. Firstly you get a better quality container, secondly it saves another container being made and using up our limited world’s resources and finally it helps raise money for needy charities - a win win for all of us.
